Academics, an important sector to mold a child as a better human, irrespective of their class, caste, creed, belief provide each student with their own rights, but they are not able to explicit these rights through all provisions of the society. According to the law, every person has the right to claim their rights, especially human & consumer, irrespective of where they reside.
Youth's Rights - Academic National Training Program
To make the youth knowledgeable Indian citizens, GCCR conceived the Academic – National Training Program titled ‘YOUTH’S RIGHTS’. Enlightening the youth with perceptions beyond their scope will enable each student to manifest awareness about their rights and be responsive at the time when these rights are exploited by greed and other external forces.
GCCR, as a body is an embodiment of prominent personalities who consider this as a mission to be achieved in young minds who craft the future generation. Everyone in this world, in one way or other is a consumer and so everyone has to be aware of their rights, especially human and consumer rights.
At the age of 18, every individual has the right to avail their voting rights, driving license, and is eligible to start a business of their own. It is very important that they know the meaning of basic rights, especially human and consumer as per the Indian constitution. So in a nutshell, both consumer and human rights represent the two sides of the same coin of human life.
So, when unforeseen circumstances like accidents, false accusation, bribing, illegal trespasses, verbal abuse, biased conjecture, and illegal detainment happen, the students are able to cope the problems with ease. Similarly, every student even before they become a consumer, through their education system, they have to gain adamant knowledge to face the challenges of day-to-day life.
